Subject: Mystery Writers at Borders this Saturday!

(Terra Alta)— Borders Books in the Grand Central Mall, Parkersburg, WV will be hosting mystery writers this Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Some of the best new authors of the season will be on hand to sign their books including Headline Books authors F. T. Pandora, Revenge; Sharon Evans-Rose, Erased; and Pavanne Pettigrew, author of One More Breath.

Author F. T. Pandora has a hit with his novel, Revenge. In the genre of Harry Potter, Pandora writes for the teen market and this riveting book is a must read for all ages. Revenge will keep everyone on the edge of their seats.

“Stacked in a large pyramid on a wooden table in front of the courtroom were hundreds of small white owl skulls. Each skull had a small hole bored in its forehead…” So begins the desperate odyssey of 12 year old Chip Curtis, whose loftiest ambition is to become a member of the most popular social group in seventh grade. “Not only a terrific kid’s book,” writes David Housewright, author of Dead Boyfriends, “adults will find it to be an enjoyable read as well.”

In the vein of Agatha Christie, Author Sharon Evans-Rose has captured the imagination of her readers with her first novel, Erased. Set in the North Carolina mountains, her heroine embarks on an emotional journey to discover who she is, who she was, and why did someone want to kill her? “Erased is one of those ‘you can’t put it down till you finish it novels.’ Captivating and riveting. A true testimonial to Sharon Evans-Rose’s writing talent and capabilities,” writes Capt. Jon A. McBride, USN /NASA Space Shuttle Astronaut (retired)

Author Pavanne Pettigrew, ‘Long Hair LeJeune’ as she is known to her pirate compatriots, is a startling writer with full command of the English language and will keep your attention from start to finish. You will close this book and ask, ‘Where’s the next one?’

“Pavanne LeJeune Pettigrew has written a moving love story about two people from wildly different backgrounds that unexpectedly discover a new life together. Anyone who enjoys a story of adventure and passion will have a thoroughly entertaining read,” says David Selby, actor, author, and fellow West Virginian whose film credits include Surviving Christmas, and Raise the Titanic.
